Special to The Islander William Cawley Jr., 47 Holmes Beach Police officers arrested William Cawley Jr., 47, of Bradenton, for contributing to the delinquency of a child and possession of marijuana. According to the arrest report, officers found Cawley in his car on Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach Jan. 12. Police said the minors were rolling marijuana into a "blunt" and Cawley had a "blunt" sitting next to him. Police also said Cawley was allowing the minors to roll the marijuana and was going to allow them to smoke it.
