313 62nd St., Holmes Beach, a 1,630 sfla / 1,980 sfur 4bed/2bath duplex with pool built in 1960 on a 75×101 lot was sold 11/05/10, Leggins to Boyd Family Limited Partnership for $345,000; list $379,000.

3303 Gulf Drive, Unit 3, Sea Pirates, Holmes Beach, a 700 sfla 2bed/1bath condo with shared pool built in 1969 was sold 11/05/10, Gummin to Bush for $239,000; list $245,000.

1000 Gulf Drive, Unit 8, Beach House Resort, Bradenton Beach, a 450 sfla 1bed/1bath Gulffront condo built in 1983 was sold 11/12/10, PWP Investments LLC to Frady for $200,000.

3000 Gulf Drive, Unit 6, Palm Cay, Holmes Beach, a 756 sfla 1bed/1bath condo with shared pool built in 1980 was sold 11/12/10, Pierro to Bray for $165,000; list $199,000.
