This home at 606 Ambassador Ln., Holmes Beach sold in May of 2010 for $360,000 and in February 2011 for $400,000 an increase of $40,000 or 11% in 9 months. The cost per square foot is $290.

312 Spring Ave., Anna Maria, a 1,232 sfla / 1,632 sfur 2bed/2bath home built in 1990 on a 52×145 lot was sold 03/02/11, Wiltshire to Pritchard for $86,000.  This was not an arm’s length transaction.
