League, newspaper to host election forum

The League of Women Voters of Manatee County and The Islander will host a Beaches Candidate Forum from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 17.

The event, with refreshments, will take place at the Island Branch Library, 5701 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach.
