Holmes Beach man charged with sex crime

Holmes Beach police arrested William E. Lindsay, 41, of San Francisco, June 25 on charges of lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim 12-16 years of age.
According to the report by Holmes Beach Police Officer Stanley R. House, Lindsay groped a juvenile on the buttocks and attempted to kiss the victim at about 2 a.m. June 24 while they were on the beach in the 3800 block of the city.
The victim told HBPD that the defendant was intoxicated at the time of the incident and it was a complete surprise to the victim.
Lindsay admitted at the time of his arrest that he was intoxicated when the incident occurred, according to the report. |
