HBPD investigates suicide, attempted homicide

Maya and Joseph Schon are listed as the owners of this property in the 200 block of 83rd Street in Holmes Beach. On Sept. 18, the Holmes Beach Police Department responded to a report of a double-shooting. Maya Schon is recovering from a gunshot wound to the head. Joseph Schon died of an apparently self-inflected gunshot wound.
