The newly elected Holmes Beach mayor and commissioners were sworn in Nov. 25. The new commission then elected chairs during the organization meeting that followed.
Commissioner Pat Morton nominated re-elected Commissioner Judy Titsworth to serve as chair of the commission. Commissioner Marvin Grossman seconded the motion. Titsworth served as the chair in the previous year.
Titsworth then nominated Commissioner Jean Peelen to serve as vice-chair, which was seconded by Grossman. Peelen also served in the previous year as the vice-chair.
