Albert Larry Kight
Albert Larry Kight, 57, died July 1. He was a lifelong resident of Cortez.
He was a graduate of Bayshore High School in 1977.
Services were July 3 at Cortez Road Baptist Church in Cortez with the Rev. Tom Walsh officiating. Burial was at Skyway Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to Cortez Road Baptist Church. Condolences to www.brownandsonsfuneral.com.
Survivors include mother Atlas and brother Robin of Cortez.
Norm Mallard
Norm Mallard died recently.
He was an ambassador for the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce and worked for Hughes Exterminators.
“He will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind, giving, joyful, generous friend,” said chamber president Gail Loefgren.
