May 21, 700 block of Jacaranda Road, trespass. An unknown person was reported inside a rental property without the owner’s consent.
May 22, 700 block of Holly Road, found bicycles. A Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputy retrieved two bicycles after receiving reports about three missing bikes. One of the found bikes was claimed.
May 24, 500 block of Magnolia, suspicious incident. A vacationer reported a man exposed himself to her while she was on her back porch. The area was checked, with no results..

Bradenton Beach
June 15, 100 block of Highland Avenue, grand theft. A black-and-white hybrid road bicycle valued at $596 and left locked in a carport, was stolen.
June 16, Cortez Beach, 800 Gulf Drive, burglary. Two women returned from the beach and found their purses, including two cellphones, keys, driver’s licenses and credit cards, stolen from their unlocked vehicle. One woman reported an unauthorized transaction on one of her credit cards.
June 17, 2200 block of Avenue A, domestic battery. An off-duty Bradenton Beach police officer called in a possible battery and BBPD and HBPD responded. A woman told police a family member struck her in the face. A man was arrested and transported to Manatee County jail.

Cortez
May 21, Seafood Shack, 4110 127th St. W., burglary. After dining, a woman told MCSO a rear window on her car had been smashed in the parking lot and her purse was missing.
May 22, U.S. Coast Guard, 4530 124th St. Court W., theft. An unknown suspect stole a tag off a trailer. The MCSO entered the license plate number in the law enforcement database as stolen.

Holmes Beach
June 7, 6800 block of Palm Drive, domestic battery. A man reported to the Holmes Beach Police Department his sister hit him two days earlier. Police provided information to the man about a civil injunction and requested the sister’s arrest by warrant from the state attorney.
