The Florida Department of Transportation posted the following notice:
State Road 64/Manatee Avenue on the Anna Maria Island Bridge: DBi Systems will be making bridge repairs overnight through Thursday, May 27. Motorists can expect flagging operations intermittently in the east and westbound lanes 9 p.m.-5 a.m.
SR 64/Manatee Avenue at Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach: Through Friday, May 28, crews will be making drainage improvements in the area, constructing curbs and gutters, and elevating and reconstructing the sidewalk to allow for larger stormdrain pipes. Motorists should expect lane closures and a pedestrian detour.
