People look March 28 as they pass by a beached sailboat, Lucky Us 2, which crashed Feb. 12 onshore in Holmes Beach near 79th and 81st streets, after the owner and crew were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard during a storm. A Gofundme campaign had raised $6,483 for owner James Golembiewski toward his $15,000 goal for removal costs as of April 1. Meanwhile, Golembiewski’s allotted time to remove the boat from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has expired.
