Pier USCG Rescue

U.S. Coast Guard Boatswain 2nd Class Jacob Lettington rescues Capt. Dave Milne of Bradenton Beach April 15 under the Historic Bridge Street Pier in Bradenton Beach. Milne said he ran out of gas and waves of 3 feet, with winds at 30 knots, made it too difficult for him to paddle his 10-foot dinghy.
