Bradenton Beach
• Jan. 10, 600 block of Gulf Drive North, habitual driving on suspended license. A Bradenton Beach Police Department arrested a Bradenton man seen driving at a high rate of speeding and veering outside of his traffic lane. A records check led to the man’s arrest for habitual driving on a suspended license.
Cortez
• Jan. 13, 12200 block of Cortez Road West, burglary. The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office received a report that someone broke a window at a market, climbed inside and stole about $50 from the cash registers.
Holmes Beach
• Jan. 9, 6900 block of Holmes Boulevard, burglary. The Holmes Beach Police Department responded to a complaint from a resident who said he came home to find a group of people partying in his apartment. One of the men inside was arrested and faces a charge of burglary for allegedly entering the residenceand taking some prescription pills.
