• Jan. 28, 3800 block of East Bay Drive, theft. The Holmes Beach Police Department received a report of a bicycle — a green 26-inch , single speed, men’s bike — taken from outside a condominium development.
• Jan. 30, 600 block of Gladstone Lane, theft. Holmes Beach Police Department reported the theft of a kayak — a two-person teal Old Town kayak — from a trailer parked outside a home.
• Feb. 1, 3900 block of East Bay Drive, Publix, fraud. HBPD responded to a report of fraud at the Publix super market. An assistant manager at the store reported the receipt of a forged Bank of America check.
