The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office on April 1 received an allegation of unlawful sexual activity with a minor in Anna Maria.
The released report, completed by the Anna Maria substation, contained multiple blackouts, concealing most details. The report indicated that the alleged incident or incidents took place between March 1 and March 31.
“It is alleged that the subject engaged in sexual activity with a minor under 17 years of age. The subject involved has a custodial relationship with a minor,” the report stated.
