Anna Maria
• Aug. 28, 500 block of Spring Ave., domestic battery. The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Anna Maria man for domestic battery. The report stated that the man and a woman were in a verbal argument that escalated. The man allegedly grabbed the woman and slammed her head against a wall.
• Aug. 28, 300 block of North Bay Boulevard in Bayfront Park, information. The MCSO responded to a report that a man was swimming off Bayfront Park without a swimming suit, exposing himself to others in the area.
• Aug. 28, 300 block of South Bay Boulevard, petit theft. The MCSO responded to a complaint from a property owner who said someone stole a lawn ornament from his front yard.
• Aug. 31, 10000 block of Gulf Drive, DUI. A deputy stopped Diane Elizabeth Brady, 59, Anna Maria, for allegedly driving under the influence, a misdemeanor. Brady was arrested and is required to appear in court Sept. 20.

Bradenton Beach
• Aug. 24-25, multiple locations, burglary to a conveyance. The Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach police departments and the MCSO were involved in the arrest of Kyle Eric Dale, 24, of Bradenton Beach, for several breaking-and-entering incidents.
• Aug. 25, 200 block of Gulf Drive North, warrant/probation violation. The BBPD responded to the BeachHouse Restaurant where there was a complaint of an unpaid $18.07 check. A woman seated at the table said her boyfriend had taken her out to dinner and then left without paying the bill. The woman arranged for a relative to pay the tab using a credit card, but a records check revealed an outstanding warrant for the woman for a DUI traffic offense. She was arrested.
• Aug. 26, 100 block of Second Street North, warrant. A BBPD officer encountered two people sleeping under a stairwell. A records check revealed that one person was wanted in Sarasota on a warrant for trespass and public urination charges.
• Aug. 30, 700 block of Gulf Drive South, domestic disturbance. The BBPD responded to an incident in which a man and a woman were involved in a physical fight, which escalated over a cell phone.
• Aug. 31, 100 block of First Street North, domestic disturbance. The BBPD responded to a residence where a man and a woman, reportedly intoxicated, were fighting. Neither wanted to pursue charges. The officer asked them to separate for the night.

Holmes Beach
• Aug. 25, 400 block of Clark Lane, burglary. The Holmes Beach Police Department responded to a report of a residential burglary. A television set, a VCR and an air-conditioner were stolen. The burglar left the back door ajar and a light on in a closet.
• Aug. 27, 3900 block of East Bay Drive, trespass. The Holmes Beach Police Department and MCSO were called to a situation involving an intoxicated man disrupting Manatee County Area Transit service. The HBPD asked the MCSO to give the man a trespass warning for all MCAT properties.
• Aug. 28, 200 block of 85th Street West, aggravated battery. A Holmes Beach man was arrested for allegedly pushing and slapping a female relative who is pregnant. The incident began with a verbal argument.
Holmes Beach is policed by the HBPD.
