• Nov. 7, 8800 block of Gulf Drive, criminal mischief. The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office took a report from a property owner who said someone removed his chain-link fence and painted his privacy fence without consent. The incident took place sometime in October or the first week of November. The report said the complainant was told by his neighbor that he had the fence removed because he “was sick of looking at it,” according to the report.
• Nov. 7, 700 block of North Shore, theft. The MCSO took a report that a statue valued at $3,000 was stolen from a sea wall.

Bradenton Beach
• Nov. 4, 1700 block of Gulf Drive South, resisting arrest with violence. The Bradenton Beach Police Department arrested a 71-year old man, Richard Luedke, of no known address, for resisting arrest with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. Holmes Beach Police Department also responded to the incident.

• Nov. 6, 5600 block of Marina Drive, burglary to vehicle, possession. The Holmes Beach Police Department arrested two men and a juvenile on multiple charges, including burglary to a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and weapons violations.
• Nov. 6, 6200 block of Marina Drive, theft. A woman reported to HBPD that someone took a pressure washer left beside a fence.
• Nov. 6, 6700 block of Palm Drive, criminal mischief. The HBPD responded to a report of a disturbance on the Island trolley that involved a man and an open container of beer. The trolley driver told the man to leave. The man poured his beer on the trolley controls and then left.
• Nov. 7, 200 block of South Harbor Drive, theft. HBPD took a report that someone stole a woman’s wallet containing credit cards, $5 in cash, a driver’s license and medical prescriptions. The wallet was taken from an apartment.
