Oct. 11, 200 block of Elm Avenue, burglary. An unknown person made unforced entry into a resident’s garage and removed items. The scene was processed for fingerprints.
Oct. 17, 200 block of Willow Avenue, found property. A resident reported finding a bicycle in her backyard and had no idea how it got there. The bicycle was placed in the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office barn.

Bradenton Beach
Oct. 8, 300 block of Gulf Drive South, information. A property owner called police concerning activity on his and his neighbor’s property, complaining people were blocking his access. Police learned the activity was an engineer and planner assessing needed repairs.
Oct. 11, 500 block of Gulf Drive North, warrant arrest. An officer observed a white Ford pickup operating after dark without headlights, and subsequently learned an arrest warrant from Hamilton County had been issued for its driver, a 21-year-old Bradenton man. The officer arrested him on the warrant.
Oct. 19, 2100 block of Avenue B, domestic battery. A woman allegedly attacked a man in their residence, hitting the male across the top of his head. The male reportedly advised police the situation gradually grew worse throughout the day as the woman drank alcohol. Officers arrested the female.

Holmes Beach
Oct. 12, 100 block of White Avenue, intoxicated person. Police found a Holmes Beach woman covered in sand and ants and smelling strongly of alcohol, passed out in a beach access area. The officer awakened her and called a relative, who transported her home in his vehicle.
Oct. 13, 5300 block of Gulf Drive, criminal mischief. The Martinique condo property manager reported a damaged vinyl fence. It appeared to have been struck by a vehicle, as tire tracks led to the damaged fence and a black mark on the fence was consistent with bumper damage.
