The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reports a sex offender temporarily in Bradenton Beach has now moved to Holmes Beach.
A 47-year-old man moved temporarily to the 2700 block of Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach, according to a Feb. 10 FDLE release. A Feb. 4 FDLE release indicated he had temporarily moved to Bradenton Beach.
The visitor was convicted of a sex offense in Michigan in February 2008. He is no longer under a court-imposed sanction, but is still required to report a change of address, according to the FDLE reports.
Under Florida law, any convicted sex offender residing in the state must report any change of address to the FDLE immediately upon moving.
FDLE now reports two convicted sex offenders living in Bradenton Beach, and three residing in Holmes Beach.
There are two sex offenders living in Cortez.
