A 47-year-old man has moved temporarily to the 1300 block of Gulf Drive North in Bradenton Beach.

According to the FDLE website, the Cortez man is on supervised probation from a 2000 Manatee County case of assaulting a child less than 16 years old in a lewd, lascivious or indecent manner. He is being monitored by the Florida Department of Corrections and/or the Florida Parole Commission.
