A Holmes Beach man was arrested for a sexual battery.
Lawrence Joseph Schwartz, 45, was arrested March 6 by the Holmes Beach Police Department after HBPD Detective Sgt. Brian Hall interviewed the suspect and the other party at their residence in the 3000 block of Gulf Drive.
Schwartz was transported to Manatee County jail. He posted a $15,000 bond and was released.
His arraignment is set for 9 a.m. Friday, April 10, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
