Connie Jane Puleo
Connie Jane Puleo, 69, of Anna Maria Island, died April 13.
She formerly lived in Indiana. She was born May 8, 1946, in Kokomo, Indiana, to Herbert and Adeline Stewart. She moved to Anna Maria Island in the 1970s with her family.
She was an avid bowler, a passionate bird lover, a devoted Elvis Presley fan, a Disney enthusiast and found fulfillment in caring for others.
A memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 9, at the Bridge Church at Palma Sola Bay, 4000 75th St. W., Bradenton. Shannon Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Wildlife Inc., PO Box 1449, Anna Maria FL 34216.
Survivors include daughters Carrie Weaver and Melissa Steortz, grandchildren Carissa Weaver, Sarah Weaver, Danielle Steortz, Amanda Weaver, Joshua Steortz and Tristen Weaver and many cousins, nephews, nieces, in-laws and friends.
