Bradenton Beach
June 29, Circle K, 2513 Gulf Drive, N., fraud. A Longboat Key detective reported a theft in Longboat Key related to a fraud in Bradenton Beach. After an investigation, BBPD requested a warrant for the arrest of a 20-year-old Lakeland man on the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Cortez
July 31, 4400 block of 125th Street West, domestic disturbance. An argument between a man and a woman brought the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office to a residence. They did not allege violence and a deputy observed no signs of a physical altercation.
Aug. 2, 4100 block of 127th Street West, domestic disturbance. MCSO responded to a man and a woman arguing in a parking lot. They told the deputy no violence occurred. No physical injuries were observed.
Aug. 3, 4400 block of 102nd Street West, domestic disturbance. MCSO was called to a verbal altercation.
Cortez is policed by the MCSO.
Holmes Beach
Aug. 7, 5300 Marina Drive, vehicle. A 67-year-old Holmes Beach man was issued a notice to appear for driving a limo without a tag. The man told police he was taking the vehicle out of storage to a car shop.
Aug. 8, Publix Super Market, 3900 E. Bay Drive, trespass. A trespass after a warning ended in the arrest of a 27-year-old homeless woman. HBPD responded to Publix, where the woman allegedly admitted she’d previously received a trespass warning from the store. She was transported and booked at the Manatee County jail. At her first court appearance, she was released on her own recognizance and ordered to stay 500 feet from the Publix, pending a Sept. 10 court date.
