A 27-year-old woman was arrested in Bradenton on a felony heroin charge.
Listing Holmes Beach, Bradenton and “homeless” as addresses, Kathleen L. Sabine was arrested on a warrant for possession of the drug, paraphernalia and giving a false name to a Bradenton Police Department officer after she was lawfully detained, according to 12th Judicial Circuit Court records.
Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Sabine at 15th and 38th streets east in Bradenton and booked her in Manatee County jail.
The warrant alleged she was found with three tin foil and straw packages testing for heroin residue.
Sabine was released on a pretrial agreement not to consume drugs or alcohol without prescription.
Sabine’s arraignment is set for Jan. 8 at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
