Mainstay Construction Services begins foundation work April 6 at 5325 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, for the future Waterline resort at Holmes Beach’s city center. Waterline’s general contractor was issued permits March 1 for two three-story buildings with open-air connections, 37 two-room units, 98 parking spaces and a pool and deck connecting to an 80-seat restaurant.
