This truck was observed doing “doughnuts” on the beach at about 8:30 p.m. May 27 near Third Street South in Bradenton Beach. Another vehicle, a Jeep, was observed trying — in vain — to pull the truck out of the sand before it left. The driver also was reported to have left the scene.
