Michael Smith of Holmes Beach made this study of color and shape of the dive tanks at Florida Underwater Sports in Sarasota. He titled the photograph “Waiting for Inspection” and he is the Week 4 winner in The Islander’s Top Notch photo contest. He wins an Islander “More than a Mullet Wrapper” T-shirt. He also is a finalist for the grand prize — $100 from the newspaper and a collection of gift certificates from Islander advertisers.
