Michael W. Drager, 53, of Bradenton, remains in custody after being arrested July 25 for alleged lewd or lascivious exhibition.
A woman reported July 25 that a man was fondling himself by the public showers and restrooms at Coquina Beach. She said the man had one leg over the arm of the bench and did not stop when he saw her.
When officers arrived, the man was sitting naked on the bench.
Drager was being held at the Manatee County jail on $7,500 bond.
His arraignment will be at 9 a.m. Aug. 26 at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
