Josephine ‘Josey’ Coarsey
Josephine ‘Josey’ Coarsey, 92, of Cortez, has died.
She was born in White Haven, Pennsylvania, to Chester and Julie Okrasinski and moved to Cortez 72 years ago.
She was married to Wyman Coarsey for 72 years and she raised six children.
Arrangements were by Brown & Sons Funeral & Crematory in Bradenton.
Survivors include children Yvonne and husband Miles Lacey of Bradenton, Thomas and wife Sharon of Murphy, North Carolina; Donald and wife Carol of Palmetto, Debbie of Murphy, North Carolina, Mark and wife Becky of Bradenton, Tanya and husband Joe Bass of Manchester, Tennessee; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grands.
