Police ticketed a 19-year-old for driving under the influence.
Rachel Nix of Holmes Beach was stopped in the 6700 block of Holmes Boulevard.
Holmes Beach Police Officer Mike Walker joined two other officers at the scene and processed the arrest.
Nix volunteered to submit a breath sample. The blood-alcohol-content measured 0.097 and 0.093.
The BAC limit for drivers under age 21 is 0.02.
