Feb. 11, 10000 block of Gulf Drive, trespass. The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of trespassing. The deputy escorted the person from the premises.
Feb. 12, 400 block of Alamanda Street, larceny. The MCSO received a complaint from a property owner of the theft of a recycling bin. The deputy took a report and issued a case number.
Feb. 12, 100 block of Elm Avenue, suspicious circumstances. The MCSO received a complaint from a property owner who received reports people were in their pool. The property owner said the house is not a rental and no one should be there. The deputy found no one on the property.
Feb. 12, 200 block of Gladiolus Street, noise. The MCSO received a complaint regarding loud noise. The deputy found the residents celebrating a birthday. The deputy issued a verbal warning.
Feb. 12, 700 block of Jacaranda Avenue, suspicious circumstance. The MCSO received a complaint regarding a person who found the door open to their rental property. The deputy found no one inside and nothing amiss.
Feb. 14, 700 block of Jacaranda Avenue, noise. The MCSO received a complaint regarding loud people outside. The deputy found no violation.
Feb. 14, 600 block of Rose Street, noise. The MCSO received a complaint regarding loud people outside. The deputy found no violation.
Feb. 14, 200 block of South Bay Boulevard, noise. The MCSO received a complaint regarding loud people outside. The deputy found no violation.
Feb. 15, 700 block of Holly Road, noise. The MCSO received a complaint regarding loud noise. The deputy found no violation.
Feb. 15, 300 block of South Bay Boulevard, trespass. The MCSO received a complaint of people walking on a resident’s seawall and throwing trash in the yard. The deputy informed the intruders they were trespassing and had to leave.
Feb. 16, 200 block of South Bay Boulevard, disturbance. The MCSO received a complaint of a neighbor refusing to leave the caller’s house. The deputy escorted the neighbor off the property.

Bradenton Beach
Feb. 15, Circle K, 103 Gulf Drive S., larceny. A man called an officer from the Bradenton Beach Police Department to report a stolen fishing pole. Witnesses told the officer they saw a man grab a pole from the back of a truck and bicycle away. The officer did not locate the suspect.

Holmes Beach
Feb. 11, 500 block of Manatee Avenue West, traffic. A person reported a hit-and-run accident to the Holmes Beach Police Department. The city’s license plate reader system identified the vehicle and the motorist was charged with hit-and-run property damage and cited for careless driving.
Feb. 13, 4100 block of Fourth Avenue, noise. An officer was dispatched to a noise complaint. A decibel reading taken from the road in front of the property indicated excessive noise. The owner, a repeat violator, was cited.
Feb. 14, Mike Norman Realty, 3101 Gulf Drive, camping. An HBPD officer observed a person sleeping on the building deck. The individual was issued a notice to appear.
Feb. 14, 2900 block of Avenue E, battery, Marchman Act. An officer was dispatched to a fight. The officer determined the offender needed medical care and transported the individual to Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.
Feb. 14, Manatee Public Beach, 4000 Gulf Drive, Marchman Act. HBPD officers were dispatched to an incident with a nude female chased down the street by a male. Upon interviewing the couple, the officer determined the woman should be sent to Blake for evaluation.
Feb. 15, 100 block of 69th Street, golf cart citation. A person was cited for driving a golf cart on the beach.
