Holmes Beach police arrested Sarasota resident Stacy Kaszuba, 35, March 11 on a second-degree misdemeanor for driving under the influence of alcohol.
An officer saw a motorist speeding south and fail to make a turn around, spin and lose control in the 4100 block of Gulf Drive.
The officer conducted a traffic stop and reported the driver showed signs of impairment.
Kaszuba refused to perform field sobriety tests.
Police arrested and transported her to the Manatee County jail.
An arraignment will be at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.
