Top Notch photo contest week 4: In its glory

Bill Shafer of Anna Maria wins the fourth week of the Top Notch contest with this image, taken Sept. 16, 2024, at the Rod & Reel Pier in Anna Maria, before it was damaged by Hurricane Helene in September and destroyed by Hurricane Milton in October.
