Bradenton Beach
March 25, 800 block of Gulf Drive South, battery. A police officer was dispatched to a reported fight. According to statements, one person punched another multiple times in the face and struck a second individual who attempted to intervene. The suspect told officers they became angry and admitted to striking one person. An arrest for battery was made.
March 27, 200 Gulf Drive North, Beach House Restaurant, battery. An officer was dispatched to a report of a disturbance involving an intoxicated customer. An individual had attempted to fight the staff and had thrown objects inside the restaurant. The suspect continued aggressive behavior after being escorted outside. An arrest for battery was made.

Holmes Beach
March 27, 100 block of 51st Street, civil dispute. An officer responded to reports of a civil dispute and spoke with the complainant, a property owner who said there was a case regarding an easement between two properties. He said vegetation from the easement had been cleared and disposed of in nearby garbage bins. He wanted the incident documented.
March 28, 600 block of Manatee Avenue, marijuana/obstruction. An officer conducted a traffic stop due to an alleged noise violation. The officer smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle and, when a backup officer arrived, ordered the driver to exit the vehicle. The driver didn’t comply and was arrested for obstruction without violence. Police searched the vehicle and found 2 grams of marijuana.
March 29, 100 block of 73rd Street, missing child. An officer responded to reports of a missing 4-year-old on the beach. The child was soon located and returned to her parents.
March 30, 300 block of 63rd Street, recovered property. An officer was dispatched in reference to a firearm found at a rental property. The officer took the firearm and contacted its owner, who declined to retrieve the gun.
