Capt. Will Osborne of Osborne Fishing Charters out of Cortez was fishing with Molly Taylor in Sarasota Bay March 30 when Taylor hooked up this monster tarpon — estimated to be 150 pounds — near the Cortez Bridge. Taylor battled the silver king for 45 minutes while a crowd watched her reel it to the boat. The fish was revived and released healthy to hook up another day. Islander Courtesy Photos.
