Police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store on the north side of Bradenton Beach.
A thin male wearing a hat, safety glasses, long-sleeve shirt and flip-flops entered the Circle K store at 2513 Gulf Drive N., at about 3:50 a.m., and demanded the clerk give him money and a carton of Newport cigarettes, according to a Bradenton Beach Police Department report.
The suspect was unarmed. He took the money and the cigarettes and fled north on foot, according to the report.
“It’s going to be hard to identify him. He was pretty well all covered up,” said BBPD Sgt. Detective Lenard Diaz.
