Bradenton Beach Post Office to reopen Jan. 20

The Bradenton Beach Post Office, pictured in 2016, will hold a soft opening Tuesday, Jan. 20, after its closure from 2024’s hurricane damages, according to Bradenton Beach Postmaster Clyde Chappelle. The post office initially will offer mail and package drop-off and pickup services, with package pickup 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Window services, including postage sales and other financial transactions, remain unavailable. Customers also can visit the BBPO for address changes, mail holds and general inquiries. Normal operating hours and full services will be restored at a later date.
