The Anna Maria Island Privateers make a presentation Dec. 28 at the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe at the Manatee Public Beach, Holmes Beach, honoring concession owner Mark Enoch and son Tanner, who manages the day-to-day operations at the cafe.
