The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reports a sex offender recently permanently moved to Holmes Beach. The 45-year-old man is residing in the 2900 block of Avenue C, according to a March 11 FDLE release.
He was convicted of a sex offense in the Common Pleas Court of Delaware, Ohio, in 2014, according to court records.
He is serving a court-ordered term of community monitoring under the department of corrections, according to the FDLE report.
Florida law requires convicted sex offenders living in the state to register their address and any address changes to the FDLE.
FDLE reports two convicted sex offenders currently living in Bradenton Beach and two living in Cortez.
There are three convicted sex offenders now residing in Holmes Beach.
