“Washboard Willy” entertains the crowd, May 2, during the 5th Annual Food and Wine on Pine, singing and jingling on his homemade musical contraption of washboards, horns, bells, a kazoo and many more instruments. Willy performed the length of Pine Avenue, from Gulf Drive to South Bay Boulevard, walking, singing and posing for photos.
