Margaret Jenkins, the 2015 Anna Maria Citizen of the Year, is presented Nov. 19 with a cane by former-Anna Maria Mayor Fran Barford. The city honored Jenkins for her contributions and involvement over the years. In addition to the cane, Jenkins received a dozen roses and a trophy.
