A 54-year-old man subject to Florida’s sex offender registration law has moved to the 3800 block of 116th Street Court West in Cortez, according to a Nov. 3 Florida Department of Law Enforcement report.
The report stated he was convicted of a rape in Montgomery County, Ohio, in June 1981.
FDLE reports other area sex offenders subject to registration as of Nov. 6 are located as follows:
· A 54-year-old man in the 4200 block of 129th Street West, Cortez.
· A 33-year-old man in the 2500 block of Avenue C, Bradenton Beach.
· A 43-year-old man in 600 block of Dundee Lane, Holmes Beach.
· A 51-year-old man in the 100 block of Crescent Drive, Anna Maria.
· A 57-year-old man in the 100 block of Ninth Street North, Bradenton Beach.
Under Florida law, any convicted sex offender coming into the state must report their change of address to the FDLE within 48 hours.
