A 29-year-old Holmes Beach woman pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to a Bradenton burglary.
Skyler Whitney Chaney broke a window to gain entry to a residence in the 1700 block of 31st Avenue East on Feb. 28 and took $120 cash, according to a Manatee County Sheriff Office complaint.
Twelfth Circuit Court Judge Diana Moreland found her guilty and sentenced her to 24 months of drug offender probation and 100 hours of public service. She also issued a no-contact order, prohibiting Chaney from contacting the victim and the victim’s minor children.
Chaney was ordered to pay $813 in court costs and $927.65 to the victim for restitution.
