The Florida Department of Transportation issued the following:
• SR 684/Cortez Road in Bradenton Beach: Maintenance crews are making concrete sidewalk repairs at the corner of SR 684 and SR 789. Expect periodic sidewalk closures.
• SR 789/East Bay Drive from 27th Street to SR 64/Manatee Avenue in Holmes Beach: Crews are constructing sidewalks and new bus shelters, making drainage improvements and installing new signing and pavement markings. Expect daytime lane closures and flagging operations 9 a.m.-4 p.m. LAS Contracting Corporation is the contractor. Expected completion is this year.
