The Florida Department of Transportation issued the following notices:
• SR 684/Cortez Road from 51st Street West in Bradenton to the Cortez Bridge in Cortez: Crews are cleaning stormwater pipes. Expect nighttime/overnight east and westbound lane closures 8 p.m.-6 a.m. through mid-March.
• SR 789 from 27th Street to SR 64 in Holmes Beach: Crews are constructing sidewalks and trolley shelters, making drainage improvements and installing signs and pavement markings. Expect daytime lane closures and flagging operations 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Expected completion is early 2016.
