2017 plunges to a chilly start
Hundreds took the plunge at noon New Year’s Day at Bradenton Beach for Clancy’s Irish Pub’s Shamrock Shiver. The annual event has raised more than $166,000 for local charities since it began nine years ago. Plungers in the Gulf of Mexico, luckily, had a relatively warm 70 degree splash.
