A Bradenton man was placed on a year of probation after pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving, a misdemeanor.
Ethan Brannock, 31, was arrested Dec. 15, 2018, in Holmes Beach for allegedly driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Brannock pleaded no contest to the lesser charge of reckless driving.
In addition to probation, the 12th Judicial Circuit judge ordered payment of costs and fines, including a $100 cost to the HBPD for investigation and a $500 fine.
