Holmes Beach city clerk Stacey Johnston administers the oath of office Nov. 15 to Pat Morton, elected to a two-year term as city commissioner after garnering 20.96% of the vote Nov. 2. Morton, who served as commissioner for 17 consecutive years, lost his seat in the 2020 election.
