Top Notch Week 6 winner: From the deep

Bianca Conte of Poughkeepsie, New York, wins the sixth and final week of The Islander’s 2022 Top Notch photo contest with this photograph of a hand breaching the dark waters on the surface of the Gulf of Mexico at sunset. She took the photo July 23 in Bradenton Beach. She wins an Islander “More-than-a-mullet wrapper” T-shirt and entry into the finals, which offers a grand prize of $100 from The Islander and gift certificates from Islander advertisers. Next week, the grand prize, and Aug. 17, a Top Notch pet.
