The Pines: Present The Pines Trailer Park, 103 Church Ave., Bradenton Beach, adjacent to Bridge Street and Sarasota Bay, covers 2.8 acres. Pines Park Investors LLC purchased the mobile home park for $16.25 million in 2023. Home to 86 mobile homes when hurricanes Helene and Milton struck in 2024, the park sustained extensive damage and PPI later announced plans to close it. The Pines: Proposed A rendering shows a proposed motel/shopping development in place of the Pines Trailer Park. The four-building concept released Aug. 6 includes hotel rooms, condominiums, restaurant, retail space and parking, as well as public plazas and a boardwalk.
